Welcome to Denterview™. By accessing or using denterview.com — including purchasing or downloading any digital products or services — you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, PDFs, graphics, branding, logos, digital products, and AI-generated feedback — is the intellectual property of Denterview™ and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. License for Digital Products

By purchasing any digital product (including interview prep guides and PDF downloads), you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal-use license. This license does not permit redistribution, resale, sharing, or modification of the material in any form.

3. Personal Statement Review Service

The Personal Statement Review is a human-delivered feedback service. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Feedback is typically returned within 3–5 business days from the time your statement is submitted (not from the time of purchase). During peak application season (September through December) or periods of unusually high submission volume, turnaround may extend up to 7 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Reviewers are current dental students providing educational feedback based on their personal experience — not licensed admissions consultants
Feedback is opinion-based and does not guarantee any specific outcome, acceptance, or improved application result
The service is considered rendered and complete once written feedback has been delivered to you
All sales are final — no refunds after feedback has been delivered
Rush review add-ons target a 48-hour turnaround but cannot be guaranteed due to reviewer availability or high volume periods. If a rush turnaround cannot be met, you will be notified promptly.

4. AI Mock Interview Service

Denterview AI mock interview sessions are delivered through denterviewai.com. By purchasing AI interview packages, you acknowledge that:

Sessions are consumed upon use and cannot be refunded once used
AI feedback is generated algorithmically and is provided for educational and practice purposes only
AI feedback does not guarantee improved interview performance or dental school acceptance
Unused sessions in a purchased package do not expire but are non-transferable

5. Bundle Products

Bundle purchases include multiple products and/or services. Each component of a bundle is subject to its own terms as described above. Bundles are sold as complete packages — individual components of a bundle cannot be refunded separately.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. This applies to:

Digital PDF guide downloads (Essential, Complete, and Ultimate packages)
Personal statement reviews once feedback has been delivered
AI mock interview sessions once accessed
Bundle products once any component has been accessed or delivered

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or its materials for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use bots or scrapers to access content, misrepresent your identity, or share purchased materials with others. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our materials are intended as preparation tools and educational resources. They do not guarantee admission to any dental school or specific interview outcomes. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Denterview™ is not affiliated with any dental school, ADEA, AADSAS, Kira Talent, or any admissions organization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denterview™ and its owners, employees, reviewers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this Site, its products, or its services — including but not limited to dental school admissions decisions, lost application cycles, or reliance on any feedback provided.

10. Independent Contractors

Personal statement reviewers are independent contractors and not employees of Denterview™. Their feedback represents their personal opinions and educational experience. Denterview™ does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any reviewer feedback for any particular purpose.

11. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
