AI Interview Data — When using Denterview AI, video and audio recordings are processed to generate feedback. This data is used solely to provide the service and generate your performance report.
When you submit a personal statement for review, your document is shared with an independent dental student reviewer for the sole purpose of providing feedback. Reviewers are bound by confidentiality expectations. Your personal statement will not be shared, published, or used for any other purpose.
We do not store credit card or payment information. All payments are securely processed by Payhip in compliance with their privacy and security policies. Please review Payhip's privacy policy at payhip.com for details on how payment data is handled.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only with trusted service providers (payment processors, email platforms) who help us operate our business — only to the extent necessary to provide our services.
We retain customer information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Personal statements submitted for review are not retained beyond the service period unless required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
