Return Policy – Denterview™

All Denterview products and services are digital. Due to the nature of digital content and human-delivered services, all sales are final. Please review the policy for each product type below before purchasing.

Digital Interview Prep Guides (PDF Downloads)

All PDF guide purchases (Essential, Complete, and Ultimate packages) are non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been made available. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, email us at denterviews@gmail.com.

Personal Statement Review Service

The Personal Statement Review is a human-delivered service. Our refund policy for this service is as follows:

Before submission: If you have purchased a review but have not yet submitted your personal statement, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a refund consideration
After submission: Once your personal statement has been submitted to a reviewer, the service is in progress and is non-refundable. Delays in turnaround time due to high volume or peak season do not qualify for a refund — we will always communicate delays and work to get your feedback to you as quickly as possible.
After delivery: Once written feedback has been delivered, the service is considered complete and fully non-refundable
Re-review: Re-review purchases are non-refundable once the revised statement has been submitted

AI Mock Interview Sessions

AI mock interview packages are non-refundable once any session has been accessed or used. Unused sessions within a purchased package remain available to you and do not expire, but cannot be refunded.

Bundle Products

Bundle purchases are sold as complete packages. If any component of a bundle has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, the entire bundle is non-refundable. Individual components of a bundle cannot be separated for partial refund purposes.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem accessing any purchased product or service, please contact us immediately at denterviews@gmail.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you can access what you paid for. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund but we are committed to making sure you receive your product.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in permanent suspension of your account and access to purchased products. Please reach out to us directly — we are a small team and will always do our best to help.
